I was a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom from the time my kids were itty-bitty until  my daughter graduated from high school and headed off to college.  Daron, a college junior, is home this semester, re-evaluating her goals.  My son, Devin, graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in 2009,and is now working for APCO, worldwide public relations firm, in Washington, D.C. and loving it! My husband retired from Federal employ in the D.C. area 6 years ago. Now he’s at home here in Forest, working on a never-ending “honey-do” list.

In my life, I’ve worn many hats, including:  swim team coach, teacher, home school Mom, Tupperware lady, volunteer, Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator!

I’m a FNC junkie but I also love both NCIS shows, and Criminal Minds! I enjoy sitting down with my daughter and drooling over “Say Yes to the Dress.” I love putzing around in the yard, watching birds and other wildlife, coordinating a card ministry at my church and serving God in whatever manner I’m called.

I have so much fun stamping!  I love sharing in the AHA! moment, when those who swore they didn’t have a creative bone in their bodies, realize they just found it!  That’s the very cool thing about stamping……it SPARKS creativity. I’d love to introduce you to the thrill….the joy….the satisfaction that stamping offers.  Give it a try!  You’ll be glad you did — and I’ll be absolutely THRILLED to have shared it with you!!

If you’re looking for a fun way to enhance the family income, ask me about doing what I do.  I’d LOVE to share the Stampin’ Up! business opportunity with you!

Best wishes for the success of your blog. Don’t be discouraged if it takes a while to get a large following. I have 40, or so, followers after nearly a year. Yet my counter shows close to 3000 hits. I, too, planned to blog daily. I mean, how hard could it be? But as with all things I am wordy and it took too much time away from my writing–my latest passion. Now I blog once or twice a week. I’m sure you’ll do better. Keep at it; you’ll do well.
